Dit is een blend van 2 talhas met elk een inhoud rond 1000 liter goed voor een uiteindelijke productie van 2000 flessen van het oogstjaar 2019. Dit is een wijn die je moet geproefd hebben, oertraditionele rode wijn uit Alentejo, boordevol karakter.De vinificatie op amfoor resulteert in veel lichtere wijn dan wat de moderne methode oplevert. Dat is in de warme. Alentejo mooi meegenomen.

| Rijping | Fermented with maceration and contact with the masses for three months in clay pots, without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts.
